Pledged Status
Any business can pledge to be part of the ShiftForward movement by affirming their alignment with our five foundational values:
Once pledged, businesses are listed on our platform with a basic profile and begin the pathway toward full verification. This includes submitting their story, vision, and impact philosophy for review.
Verified Status
Verification is how businesses earn deeper trust and visibility. To be verified, businesses must:
- Have at least 15% of employees actively engaged on ShiftForward
- Pass biannual anonymous employee alignment surveys
- Complete a public-facing profile that is reviewed and approved by our team
- Be eligible for podcast features and social media spotlights
- Unlock access to engagement tools, recruiting support, and performance insights
What If a Business Falls Out of Alignment?
We recognize that teams shift and challenges arise. If a business temporarily falls below our verification standards, here’s what happens:
- Leadership is alerted when metrics dip below the required threshold
- They receive a 7-day grace period to re-engage or improve survey feedback
- If unresolved within 30 days, the business returns to Pledged status
- Ongoing misalignment results in temporary deactivation and the need to reapply
