If you’re reading this, it means we’ve started. Honestly, right now I’m feeling a mix of excitement, pride, and, if I’m being honest, a lot of fear just writing this. Launching something this ambitious feels overwhelming, and there’s a part of me that’s nervous it might not take off. But even if it doesn’t, I want you—future me—to know this was already a success. Why? Because we are here, putting ourselves out there, overcoming fears that have held us back for years.

Remember, ShiftForward Collective isn’t just a business idea—it’s the first real step toward something we’ve dreamed about for a long time. It’s our chance to do meaningful work, rooted deeply in purpose, integrity, and genuine care for the world and the people around us.
